TERMS OF SERVICE:

■ clients may use commissioned art personally, but not commercially (selling on a t-shirt/print/etc.)■ i reserve the right to use commissioned art as examples in my social media galleries, in my portfolio, and to advertise my business.■ you may request that your commissioned artwork remain private and unposted.■ all commissioned artwork must be credited to me in some way that is visible near the artwork being used. my toyhouse/tumblr username is breakerbeam.■ I do not consent to any artwork or media created by me being used in or related to in any way, the technologies and market of: AI art generation, cryptocurrency, or NFT/blockchain-related technology.

Cancellation Terms:

■ i reserve the right to cancel a commission and refund the customer at any time if i find it appropriate to do so.■ No refund will be issued if the commission has been completed. Clients will not be granted usage permissions for any refunded commissions.■ Tips are non-refundable.

WILL DRAW:

■ anthro/feral furry characters■ furry-adjacent characters, hybrids, monsters, dragons, etc.■ canon characters (non-ocs)■ weapons■ suggestive/light kink artwork (ask)

won't draw:

■ bigotry (racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, etc.)■ taboo content (incest, pedophilia, underaged art, bestiality, etc.)■ gore■ firearms
